Mr. M.K. Birmani is a qualified electrical engineer and an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technologies (IIT) Kharagpur. Before he formed Sivananda Electronics, he worked with Motwani Industries where he took charge of many important work areas in the firm. In the last 50 years as he steered our company with his far-sighted goals, he has helped us in introducing over 300 innovative Security and Test & Measuring Instruments.

Banking on his excellent managerial skills, we have well divided our interests in two companies, viz., Sivananda Electronics and Siva Systems. Streamlining operations at both these companies, he has brough immense laurels for our group as a whole, globally.

• Manufacturing Facilities: We have invested in three well maintained manufacturing units, one of which is based in Nasik and the other two in Goa. We manage a 10000 sq. feet manufacturing unit that has been installed with the latest technology PCB mounting machine, Soldering machine, Oscilloscope, PCB designing machine and other Special purpose machines for facilitating smooth fabrication of customized and standard testing equipment. 
• Research And Development: We engage in many critical research works to construct only innovative electronic testing, measuring instruments & security products. For ensuring that the research proceedings are undertaken as per approved standards, we have furnished the research lab with advanced tools and technologies. Our researchers emphasize on Technical Research for improving our production procedures and products, and also perform Market Research to assess market response of users of our range. We participated in ELECRAMA 2008 and IFSEC India 2008 as a part of our Market Research programme.
